  Located right next to Vieux Québec, the walled city. Can't ask for a better location. The staff very friendly, the room superb, the view from the 12th floor lovely. One of the best stays I have ever had.

  The frontdesk personel was super friendly and helpful.Location is great, situated on the edge of the old part of Quebec, eveything is within walking distance.

  Rooms were very noisy. Our next door neighbours had a liitle kid that would not stop crying during the night, which took away our night rest.

  The location and that's about it.

  The room was disgustingly dirty. After asking for a different one, we realized the standard of cleanliness is very low. There were urine stains on the toilet seat and the sheets were dirty. The pillows smelled terrible. If it weren't too late at night, and we were exhausted from the long drive, I would have gone somewhere else, no doubt. The attitude of the manager was appaling to say the least. It took a near-fight to get a $100 discount. Do not go there ever!

  Locaton was very good. Counter staff very good, as was housekeeping. Nice view from windows. Rooms comfortable.

  Pushy valet-parking attendants. Breakfast very expensive, not very good. No free internet in rooms.

  Great hotel. Perfect location, close to everything. Small rooms, but lovely comfortable beds, crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels.

  The bathroom needed updating. The counter tops were too low, the taps on the sink were old and so was the bathtub. It was clean though, and the amenities were great.

  We enjoyed the location and walking proximity to the Old Town.

  We have been travelling for the three weeks and stayed at many hotels. The Hilton was the only hotel to charge for parking and Wifi ---- at the rates offered this is ridiculous and should be included. If the local coffee shop can offer free Internet why are you stiffing families and travellers for 11.95 a night? That was an offensive shock and we would not use the hotel again because of the charges added. And shame on you for your lack of Eco consciousness with no recycling anywhere to be found.

  First time I have experienced staying in a star hotel with no Refrigerator! Also No free internet in room. For the price they charge - these should be provided to guest.

  Extra cost for parking......and all other amenities often free at other hotels, such as wifi, and internet access.

  The location was convenient...walking distance to most of the city attractions.

  You have to be part of the Hilton membership club to get wireless internet, or have certain AT&T services. In my opinion, wireless internet should be a standard feature for guests, and I'm disappointed that this location did not provide it.
